Clontarf Cocktails

The Deciding


  • 1 ½ cups Clontarf Irish Whiskey
  • 8 cups Apple cider
  • 750 ml Bottle of dry hard cider
  • 36 oz Goslings Ginger Beer
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Several dashes orange bitters
  • 1 Orange (sliced into rounds)
  • 3 or 4 Cinnamon sticks 1 Apple (sliced thin)


Combine the ciders, ginger beer, whiskey, lemon juice, and bitters in a large punch bowl or pitcher. Stir to combine. Top with orange slices and cinnamon sticks. Ladle into ice-filled punch glasses garnished with a slice of apple.

Tip: to keep the punch cool without diluting with too much melted ice, freeze water in a small bowl to use as one large ice boulder in the punch.
